Mandatory Cost Components
Babadağ Mountain Access: $45
The Babadağ Cable Car & Forestry Fee is a government-mandated charge paid to the Muğla Forestry Directorate. It covers mountain road access, cable car transport to 1,700m+, and environmental maintenance. This fee exists regardless of operator.
Aviation Insurance: $20
Full $1M Third Party Liability & Personal Accident Insurance issued by an FAI-recognized Turkish aviation insurer. Budget operators may skip this entirely or carry a minimal $10K policy. Always ask for proof.
Equipment Maintenance: $15
Our EN 926-certified Ozone and Gin tandem wings are replaced every 300 flight hours (roughly 12 months). Reserve parachutes are professionally repacked every 6 months. This ongoing maintenance budget ensures top-tier safety standards.
Hotel Transfer: $10–15

When Is the Best Time to Fly? (Season & Pricing)
The Ölüdeniz paragliding season runs from April through November. Prices remain the same throughout the season — we don't surge-price in peak summer like some operators. Here's what each season offers:
🌸 Spring (April–June)
Mild temperatures, moderate thermals, crystal-clear visibility. Fewer crowds means shorter wait times at Babadağ takeoff. Great for photography flights.
☀️ Summer (July–August)
Peak season. Strong afternoon thermals allow pilots to climb above Babadağ's 1,960m peak. Longest flights (up to 45 min). Book 2–3 days ahead in August. Hot at sea level but cool and breezy in the air.
🍂 Autumn (Sept–Nov)
The "pilot's favorite" season. Stable air, smooth conditions, and the most consistent "glass off" sunset flights. Fethiye is quieter, prices at hotels are lower, and the flying is arguably the best of the year.
